I'm a transformational sales leader who orchestrates revenue growth and operational excellence across global Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth startups. With a proven track record spanning Amazon, Opendoor, Tesla, and Royal Caribbean, I combine entrepreneurial agility with strategic discipline to build scalable sales organizations, penetrate new markets, and turn underperforming teams into top performers.

Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Opendoor, I'm rebuilding national sales leadership infrastructure and driving cross-functional alignment across distributed teams. Through targeted sales transformation initiatives and performance optimization, I drove a 500% improvement in conversion in just 5 months. I've established new performance management standards, influenced product and pricing roadmaps, and accelerated ramp time for both individual contributors and frontline managers during a critical period of organizational transformation.

Previously, as Regional Manager and Senior Business Coach at Amazon, I developed and executed multi-year operating strategies for the company's Top 30 delivery service partners. My approach delivered 24% YoY volume growth, improved service quality from 81% to 96.6%, and boosted partner profitability by 23%—earning recognition as 2024 Business Coach of the Year and positioning my portfolio as the top performer in Amazon's network.

My entrepreneurial expertise shines through my work at Drive Sally, where I launched New York City's first electric taxi service and scaled a Chicago-based rideshare rental fleet. By introducing customer engagement programs and a risk-based underwriting model, I increased rideshare driver usage by 265% and boosted subscription revenue by 18% while extending contract lengths by 60%.

At Tesla, I pioneered the company's first phone-based sales operation, creating the playbook and team that generated a $30M monthly revenue stream. I scaled the inside sales team from 12 advisors to 145+ overnight, propelling sales 4x from $76M to $333M within one year. When promoted to Senior Regional Market Manager, I leveraged this same playbook to achieve 119% of sales quota during the pandemic by pivoting my 9-location, 45-person team to a virtual sales model.

I began my career at Royal Caribbean Cruises, where I rapidly advanced from Outbound Sales Agent to Sales Coach to Outbound Sales Manager. Named both Rookie of the Year and Sales Coach of the Year, I transformed the Customer Service call center from a cost center to a profit driver, generating $20M in incremental revenue while cutting cancellation rates in half and achieving a 95% repeat business rate.

A graduate of Saint Louis University, I hold dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. I'm a certified Career Development Coach and am fluent in Spanish.
